Chris has worked as a freelance illustrator for over 30 years and has been a studio holder at Dean Clough mills for the last 15.
Working primarily within the children’s publishing industry, but also in feature film development and theatre, clients include Faber and Faber, Oxford University Press, Hachette UK, Pan Macmillan, HarperCollins, PenguinRandomHouse, the BBC, the RSC, Channel 4, DreamWorks, Aardman Animations, and many more.
Chris has just produced his first graphic novel, a retelling of HG Wells’s The War of the Worlds. It will be published in summer 2024.
