From the 1980’s, the visual arts have been integral to Dean Clough and ACDC. Over 20 ACDC Artist Studios across the site house an eclectic and renowned group of artists. Amongst them are painters, illustrators, jewellery makers, sculptors, broadcasters and photographers. See below.
ACDC artists exhibit frequently in the galleries, teach in ACDC’s Art School, mentor students and peers, give talks and host Open Studios each year.
Open Studios
When ACDC artists open their studios it’s a unique opportunity to meet the artist, see and learn about their work, materials and techniques.
See the Exhibitions page for forthcoming Open Studio dates.
